Lane & Scope of Services:

Carrier agrees to provide transportation services for a dedicated round-trip lane between Charlotte, NC and Columbus, OH. This agreement covers the movement of freight as assigned by Broker/Shipper under the terms outlined herein.

Freight Details:

  • Commodity: Consumer Electronics
  • Weight: Approximately 22,000 lbs per load
  • Equipment: Power Only
  • Service Type: Drop & Hook

Volume & Schedule:

Carrier agrees to complete three (3) round trips per week, subject to shipper demand. Pickup and delivery operations are available 24/7 (M-F), and scheduling shall remain flexible unless otherwise specified in writing.

Pickup & Delivery Terms:

All operations shall be conducted on a Drop & Hook basis, minimizing loading and unloading delays. Pickup and delivery windows are flexible unless otherwise specified in writing. Delivery windows are open 24/7 per day, Monday through Friday. Carrier shall ensure timely and on schedule pickup and delivery performance in accordance with agreed transit requirements.

Term & Termination:

This Agreement shall be valid for three 3 months from the effective date. Either party may terminate with 15 days’ written notice.

Compliance:

Carrier must comply with all FMCSA regulations, maintain valid operating authority, and ensure drivers meet all legal and safety requirements.

Entire Agreement:

This document represents the full agreement between both parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
